Measurements with drone
Measuring the thickness of metallic hulls with ultrasonic sensors installed on drones
The drone is equipped with an intelligent system called “Intelligent Probe Recognition” (IPR), which automatically adjusts the settings when taking thickness measurements of the hull and at the same time adjusts the transmission of data to the computer at the ground station.
In order to obtain reliable and high-quality values, the drone is equipped with an Automatic Measurement Verification System (AMVS)
